It depends on how you perceive the expression of self through the person's singing style, if you dislike it you wouldn't see what it means to someone who enjoys it. Along with the fact quite a lot of people can't pull it off properly (hurt themselves).
Some people would see that as a terrible player, but others would see it as quite a technically proficient player. Because of the weird timing signatures in the style and the very complex rhythmic style that comes into something like that making it extremely difficult to play (such as Mathcore bands also).
Just a big flood of memories every time i hear this song.
