You know what im tired of hearing all the excuses as to why people lose to the US when they do. Face it tmineff, without us world war two would have been an axis victory, japan fought us hard but we fucked them up. More PROPAGANDA...Ive been "serving" in the USMC infantry for almost two years now and there is nothing glamorous about it. Majority of the gear we are issued is unserviceable or unnecessary, weapons malfunction on a regular basis, the training is literally a joke, no organization what so ever, the leadership (majority of it that is) is a bunch of incompetent morons. No troop welfare what so ever...its a big dog and pony show. Then they send you to a combat zone with their thumb up there asses.

Firstly. We are training our soldiers. Were are they told to go around and kill people for no reason. We train soldiers, so when we need them, they are well prepared, and so we can finish wars faster with less deaths to innocents.

The M1 Carbine is a .30 cal weapon mostly issued to NCO's and officers during WW2, Korea and Nam. What the USMC Silent Drill team uses is the M1 Garand. The rifles used by the Marines in battle currently are generall the M16, the M4, and 249 Gulf/M249 SAW. The M1 Carbine and the M1Garand are both WW2 weapons. Last but not least the M40-A1 sniper rifle and the Barret .50 Cal. (Colt 9mm Pistol as well as the .45 cal for special forces.)
