Hilary bastardized this song. She took Depeche Mode's meaning of personal Jesus and diluted it with cheesy hook up pop lines. Shes crap and produces crap only to make money off the preteens who want to be like her. "reach out and touch me" seems to be the whole attitude of the ME generation who cant see past worthless relationships and hook ups. On second thought, I don't even consider it a cover of personal jesus because its that bad.

Just because someone does a cover of someone elses song does not mean they cant be original. Everyone has music that they love and its not a crime to want to sing it themselves and put their own little spin on it. NumbFaction,I dont know what generation your from but its not far for you to pass judgment on teens like that.
