Does the person have to be the best and most famous singer in the world to know his voice is flat and off key? Voice lessons at a prestigious music university is good enough for me and most rational people. I guarantee the person I asked has enjoyed more musical success than this clown.

And just saying, I went EVEN farther than you and asked my piano teacher, who majored in music, as well as mine AND friend's voice coaches, and they all decided that the music as well as the singing is very well done.

I could easily defend other people's point that Alejandro is better than average by just saying, look at the singer on Youtube, classify them, and see where Alejandro falls. I guarantee that he would be above average. Unless, of course, you rank him below average, in which case you either aren't exactly a professional grader, or most of the other people are failing.

Asking your piano teacher isn't going farther. The person I asked has a master's in music (voice and piano) and teaches voice at a prestigious university for music. He has also taught piano and played in commercials.

Though i believe he may not be a bad singer, he definetely needs some training so that he may become better. At the moment he is just a common singer with a voice compared to many that u may find outhere..

And who are you to say that this guy isn't a good singer? Not your "master of music", but you. Where are your vocal videos? Hell, where are your guitar videos? Don't criticize someone's musical talent when you have nothing to show for your own. I personally thought this was a very decent cover, not my favorite kind of music, but a great cover for sure.
