Hey man, awesome job, u have natural talent, I hope to see more of your drawings soon. Only one thing, sometimes the girl's noses are a little big (but maby it's because u used real models and they have big nose, lol)... check my vid please...

you have great shading, but your proportion is off a little. try looking up facial and body proprtions. most bodies are six to seven head lengths tall. the eyes are the center of the head and are spaced one eye-width apart. the bottom of the nose is 1/4th of the face up from the chin. the top of the ears line up with the arch of the eyebrow. so, so forth. great shading!
