These brazilian jiu jitsu no gi guard passes are from short range. Pay close attention to the guard break. The head should not be in line with the knee when you place the knee near the butt area.

I am 13 and am in the adult class, so everyone is much stronger than me. One of the main guys I grapple (roll) with always keeps my chest clost to his. When i try to posture, he can always pull me down. How can i try to prevent this? Thanks
