throw a capo on the second fret. Then play C,G,F and Am chords in various orders depending on the part of the song. I suspect there are better transcriptions out there in internetland.

it's an endless argument! have you read "songwriters on songwriting" by paul zollo? he has long interviews with all 3 of them, and about a million others...great book if you're looking for a read.

"we are ugly but we have the music" is one of the best lines ever put in a song.
I wish cohen still had his voice from when he was young. it's almost painful to listen to him when he's this deep. the album version of this is amazing though.
