I have heard Judge Napolitano says that he has debates with Fox News staff all the time. They just do not understand liberty or the Constitution at Fox, but Judge Napolitano does. I would like to see him go to CNN or MSNBC. It is sad that his brilliance is wasted at that pathetic Fox propaganda outlet.

Where have you people been? In his speech (please watch the entire speech) Mr. Napolitano takes us to pre Constitution. It is evident that history has NOT been taught in our government (public) schools. The good Judge clearly discloses that the Constitution, the LAW written by People establishing a compact for the several States, is completely unknown and ignored by the very people we elect to serve UNDER (not above) it. Ladies and Gentlemen I plead to you, seek elected office.
