SNSD is composed of girls who are strong singers, and also girls who are strong dancers. In a sense, it means that SNSD is split with half dancing, and half singing. I don't have any issues with that, and works rather nice.
I hate people who only care about SNSD for the good looking girls. All the girls are talented, and I like them because they are good singers and dancers, because how look means absolutely nothing when listening to their music.

Not as much anymore... if you look at the album sales of H!P in the recent years, their lucky if their singles sell past 50,000. the popularity is still there but sales is more for boy groups in Japan nowadays. so basically, looking at SNSD's debut album that sold over 120,000, they will really fare well in Korea than in Japan.
